All you need is a mashed banana and 2 eggs. Mix the two well.

Now in a pan add some olive oil and put a dollop of this mixture. Wait for one side to be done before flipping over. Once both the sides are perfectly golden, you can add mixed berries, honey or the good old maple syrup to go with them.

Note: in the pancake mixture you can add flaxseeds and chia seeds too. These are rich sources of energy and will keep you charged for the day.

2. PB&J panwich

Who would ever grow too old for peanut butter and jam? But how about giving the standard breakfast a great twist? Try this new and easy recipe for peanut butter and jam panwich, which comes together when pancake meets a sandwich.

In a bowl mix together gluten free flour, a huge dollop of peanut butter, almond milk, some honey if you want it too sweet and a few drops of vanilla extract.

Heat a pan, add some olive oil, and drop a dollop of the mixture. Wait till one side is totally cooked before flipping over. Make 3 pancakes and add jam on to each before stacking them on top of each other.

Having chocolate for breakfast too, is a dream come true. In this classic recipe, we add the world famous ingredient; chocolate to the world famous entrée; waffle and top it off with bananas. What a heavenly sight it shall be.

All you need for this little early morning heaven is gluten free flour, an egg, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and a huge mashed banana. Mix up all the ingredients and pour the batter onto a pre hot waffle maker. Once waffle is made, top it off with chocolate syrup, bananas, berries, maple syrup or whatever your heart loves.

If you are in mood for a savory yet filling breakfast then polenta is your best friend. Readily available in the market, all you have to do is boil gluten free polenta. Now cut up carrots, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes and bell peppers. Lay them all straight in a baking dish, sprinkle salt and pepper on to and put them to bake. After 15 minutes, pull out the roasted veggies. Layer the polenta at the bottom of the dish, add your roasted veggies and garnish with grated parmesan. Serve hot.

Be it pancakes or crepes, they are a breakfast hit. You can never go wrong with a pancake recipe or a crepe recipe. Therefore, make these simple crepes and serve them with a sweet or savory side. To make the crepes, you need gluten free flour and mixed in it some salt. On the side, mix together milk, eggs and melted butter. Now combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and form a semi liquid batter.

Heat a pan; add some oil, and then the crepe mixture. Swirl the mixture such that it covers the entire pan. Wait for it to cook on one side before flipping over. And your yummy crepes are now ready.

To go with these, take boneless chicken cut it in cubes, sprinkle salt, paprika powder, red chili powder and stir fry it until cooked.

Cut up carrots, bell peppers, potatoes, tomatoes. Lay them flat on an open proof dish and sprinkle salt and pepper on them and put in the oven. When done, roll up the crepe and put it on the side of the plat, lay along with it chicken and vegetables.
